Most students don't finish. The ones who do become advocates.
EdTech has high content production costs (hundreds of hours to create one course) but can reach thousands of students. You'll learn course completion rate (what % actually finish?), student lifetime value (will they take more courses?), and churn rate (how many subscriptions cancel?). You'll understand that completion rate matters more than enrollment — a 10% completion from 1,000 students is better than 50% completion from 100 students, because completers become paying customers and advocates.
