What AskBiz Owns
AskBiz and its licensors own all intellectual property in the platform, including:
- The AskBiz software, source code, and compiled applications
- The platform's user interface, design, and visual elements
- The AskBiz name, logo, and brand assets
- The Business Pulse scoring methodology and algorithm
- Export Market Scoring models and weighting frameworks
- Supplier Scorecard grading methodology
- Help Center content, documentation, and written materials
- All AI prompting, instruction, and context engineering underlying the AI responses
These are protected by copyright, trade mark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws in the UK, EU, and US.
What You May Do
You may:
- Use the platform in accordance with your subscription and this policy
- Reference AskBiz by name in your own marketing materials (e.g. 'We use AskBiz for business intelligence')
- Share screenshots of your own AskBiz data for your own business purposes
- Quote brief extracts from AskBiz Help Center articles with attribution
- Use the AskBiz logo in accordance with our Brand Guidelines (available at askbiz.co/brand)
What You May Not Do
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute AskBiz software or source code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of AskBiz
- Create derivative works based on AskBiz's methodology without written consent
- Use the AskBiz name or logo to imply endorsement or affiliation without written consent
- Reproduce substantial portions of AskBiz Help Center or policy content without attribution and a link to the original
- Use AskBiz brand assets in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful to AskBiz's reputation
