How to control how AskBiz AI responds — data usage, response style, and training consent settings.
AI preferences#
Go to Settings → AI preferences to control how AskBiz AI works with your data:
- Data sources for chat — choose which connected sources and files AskBiz can reference when answering questions
- Response style — adjust between concise and detailed responses
- Proactive suggestions — enable or disable AskBiz suggesting follow-up questions
Data consent and training#
Under Settings → Privacy, you can manage:
- Data consent — whether AskBiz can process your data for insights (required for the product to work)
- Training consent — whether your anonymised data can be used to improve AskBiz's AI models
Both consents are explicit opt-in. You can withdraw either at any time. Withdrawing data consent will limit what AskBiz can do for you.
