Privacy and Compliance Settings

Go to Settings → Privacy to manage:

• Data processing consent — AskBiz needs this to analyse your data and provide insights. You can see when consent was given.
• AI training consent — optional. Allows anonymised data to improve AskBiz models. Fully opt-in.
• Data retention — view how long your data is stored and request early deletion

Settings → Compliance (available on Business plans) provides:

• GDPR compliance status overview
• Data processing records
• Third-party data sharing audit
• Export your compliance report for auditors

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data AskBiz holds about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — export your data in a standard format
