How to update your name, email, and profile information in AskBiz.
Editing your profile#
Go to Settings → Profile to update:
- Full name — displayed in the app, team lists, and shared reports
- Email — your login email (changing this requires re-verification)
- Business type — helps AskBiz tailor recommendations (e.g., retail, ecommerce, distributor)
Your name in the app#
AskBiz uses your first name in greetings (e.g., 'Good morning, Sarah') on the My Business page and in chat. Updating your name here updates it everywhere in the app.
