Managing Your Uploaded Files
How to view, organise, and delete uploaded files in your AskBiz account.
Viewing your files#
The Files page lists all your uploads in reverse chronological order (newest first). Each file shows:
- Filename
- Row count and column count
- File size
- Upload date
- Status badge
Deleting a file#
Click the Delete button (red) next to any file to remove it. This permanently deletes the file and its parsed data from your account. Deleted files cannot be recovered โ you would need to re-upload the original file.
Deleting a file does not affect any previously generated insights, dashboards, or chat conversations that used the file.
Re-uploading updated data#
If you have a newer version of a dataset, simply upload the new file. AskBiz treats each upload as a separate file. You can delete the old version after uploading the new one to keep your file list clean.
