The quick action shortcuts on My Business — ask a question, upload a file, set an alert, or run a forecast in one click.
Available quick actions#
The Quick Actions section provides one-click shortcuts to the most common tasks:
- Ask a question — opens AI chat to talk to your data in plain English
- Upload a file — goes to the Files page to upload a CSV or Excel file
- Set an alert — goes to Alerts to create a new notification rule
- Run a forecast — goes to Forecasts to predict future demand or revenue
