Shipping Quote Tool on My Business

When My Business detects rising shipping costs, it shows a Compare carrier rates now button. Click it to open the shipping quote panel.

You can enter your parcel details two ways:

• Natural language — type something like '2kg box 30×20×15cm, London to Paris, value £50' and AskBiz will parse it
• Manual form — fill in the origin, destination, weight, dimensions, and goods value fields directly

After submitting, you'll see live quotes from multiple carriers ranked cheapest first. Each quote shows:

• Carrier name and service type
• Service description and delivery speed
• Whether customs documents are required
• Total price

The cheapest option is highlighted with a green badge.

Select a carrier by clicking its card, then click the Book button. AskBiz creates the shipment and gives you a payment link to confirm and print your label.

You'll need your business address set up in Settings before booking. If it's missing, the tool will prompt you to add it.
