Using a Template in Chat
How to select a template question and send it to AskBiz chat for instant analysis of your business data.
Selecting a question#
1. On the Templates page, click a template card to expand it
2. You'll see a list of questions inside the template
3. Click any question to send it to AskBiz chat
4. AskBiz opens the chat with the question pre-filled and immediately starts analysing your data
Using the 'Use this template' button#
At the bottom of each expanded template, there's a Use this template in chat → button. This sends the first question in the template to chat — useful if you want to work through the questions in order.
Modifying template questions#
Template questions are starting points. Once in chat, you can follow up with your own questions, ask for more detail, or change the time period. For example, if the template asks about 'last month', you can follow up with 'now show me the last quarter'.
