Assigning and dispatching#
From the dispatch screen, parcels are assigned to one of your own trucks and drivers, then dispatched. Multiple parcels can be dispatched together as a batch rather than one at a time, which matters if a single truck run covers several parcels.
Trucks and vehicle checks#
Trucks are identified in the system, including by scanning a truck's number plate rather than typing it in. AskBiz also tracks truck locations and supports a vehicle inspection record — useful for keeping a record of a vehicle's condition alongside the deliveries it's making.
