Three logistics staff levels#
AskBiz POS recognises three levels of logistics staff access: a dispatch level, a branch level, and a clerk level. As with other POS sectors, the more senior the level, the more of the logistics workflow (assigning trucks, dispatching, confirming collection) it's likely to unlock, with clerk-level access being the most restricted.

Assigning a logistics role#
Assign staff to the Logistics sector and a specific level from the Staff tab in your admin dashboard, the same place you assign staff to any other sector — see Assigning Staff to Sectors.
