How to Cancel Your Subscription
How to cancel AskBiz Growth or Business plan. What happens to your data, your connected sources, and your Pulse score when you cancel.
How to Cancel
1. Go to /billing
2. Scroll to the bottom — click Cancel Subscription
3. Select a cancellation reason (optional but helps us improve)
4. Click Confirm Cancellation
Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
- Connected sources (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) are disconnected — you can reconnect if you resubscribe
- Your Business Pulse history, question history, and tool results are retained for 90 days
- After 90 days of no resubscription, your data is permanently deleted per our retention policy
Reactivating After Cancellation
You can resubscribe at any time from /billing. If you resubscribe within 90 days, your historical data and connected source configurations are restored. After 90 days, you'll need to reconnect sources from scratch.
