Question Limits by Plan
How many questions you can ask AskBiz on Free, Growth, and Business plans. What counts as a question, and what to do when you hit the limit.
Limits by Plan
- Free: 10 questions per calendar month
- Growth: Unlimited
- Business: Unlimited
Limits reset on the 1st of each month (Free plan). There is no rollover — unused questions from January don't carry into February.
What Counts as a Question?
Each message you send that requests an AI response counts as one question. This includes:
- Natural language questions
- Follow-up questions in the same conversation
- Tool-triggered questions (e.g. intent detection opening a Business Tool)
The following do not count toward your limit:
- Viewing your Business Pulse score
- Reading your Daily Brief
- Browsing tool results that have already been generated
- Navigating the dashboard
What Happens When You Hit the Limit
On the Free plan, once you've used your 10 questions, you'll see a prompt to upgrade. You can still:
- View your Business Pulse
- Read saved Daily Briefs
- Browse past tool results
You cannot ask new questions until the month resets or you upgrade.
