Shipments & Tracking Overview

Track all your shipments, monitor customs holds and delays, analyse financial impact, and manage supplier risk from one dashboard.

What is the Shipments page?#

The Shipments page gives you a single view of every shipment you're tracking — inbound from suppliers and outbound to customers. Each shipment shows real-time status, carrier, tracking number, expected arrival, and financial details.

The page also flags risks: customs holds, delays, and their estimated financial impact on your business.

What you can see#

For each shipment:

  • Tracking number and carrier — click to see the latest tracking event
  • Status — Pending, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Customs Hold, Delayed, or Exception
  • Supplier and SKU — what's in the shipment and who sent it
  • Expected arrival — when the shipment should arrive
  • Risk flags — at-risk indicator, customs hold badge, delay days
  • Financial impact — estimated cost of delays including daily financing costs and working capital impact

Plan features#

The Shipments page is available on all plans, but some features require Growth or Business:

  • Free: Basic tracking with status updates
  • Growth: Financial impact analysis, risk scoring, delay alerts
  • Business: Full intelligence including supplier scoring and customs analytics

Locked features show an upgrade prompt.
