Understanding Shipment Status
What each shipment status means — from Pending to Delivered — and what the colour-coded badges indicate.
Status types#
Each shipment shows one of these statuses:
- Pending (grey) — shipment added but no tracking event received yet
- Picked Up (purple) — carrier has collected the parcel
- In Transit (purple) — shipment is moving through the carrier network
- Out for Delivery (green) — final delivery attempt in progress
- Delivered (green) — shipment has been delivered
- Customs Hold (red) — held at customs for inspection or documentation
- Delayed (amber) — shipment is behind the expected arrival date
- Exception (red) — an issue has occurred (failed delivery, damage, return to sender)
Last event and location#
Below the status badge, each shipment shows the last tracking event description and location. This tells you exactly where the shipment was last scanned and what happened. Expand the shipment card for the full event history.
