How to connect TikTok Shop to AskBiz for social commerce analytics, creator performance, and demand signal tracking.
Prerequisites#
- An active TikTok Shop account (UK or US)
- AskBiz Growth or Business plan
- TikTok Shop admin or owner access
Connection Steps#
1. Go to /sources → TikTok Shop
2. Click Connect with TikTok
3. Log in to TikTok and authorise AskBiz
4. Select which shop to connect (if you have multiple)
5. Sync begins — first pull is your last 60 days
Data Synced from TikTok Shop#
- Sales — daily revenue, units, GMV, average order value
- Products — top sellers, conversion rate per product
- Videos — views, add-to-cart rate, purchase rate per video
- Creators — if you use the affiliate creator programme, see which creators drive the most sales
- Demand signals — trending products in your category (powered by TikTok's public commerce data)
Social Commerce Intelligence#
Once connected, your /intelligence → Social Commerce tab shows:
- Which products are gaining video traction
- Content-to-conversion ratio
- Comparison of TikTok Shop vs your other sales channels
- Demand spike alerts (e.g. a product going viral before you've stocked up)
