Prerequisites
- Amazon Seller Central account (Individual or Professional)
- AskBiz Growth or Business plan
- You must be the account owner or have admin rights to grant API access
Connection Steps
1. Go to /sources → Amazon Seller Central
2. Click Connect
3. You're redirected to Amazon's Login with Amazon page
4. Select the marketplace(s) you want to connect (UK, US, EU, etc.)
5. Approve the permissions and click Confirm
6. You're returned to AskBiz; sync begins within 2 minutes
Data Synced from Amazon
- Sales reports — daily and monthly revenue, units sold, ASINs
- Returns — return rate by ASIN, return reasons
- Buy Box percentage — win rate by ASIN over time
- Inventory — FBA stock levels, restock alerts
- Advertising — ACoS, ROAS, ad spend (if Sponsored Products connected)
- A-to-Z claims — frequency and resolution
