White-Label Reports: Branded Exports for Clients
How to create branded PDF reports with your logo and colours to share with clients or stakeholders.
What Are White-Label Reports?
White-label reports are PDF exports with your own branding — your logo, brand colours, and business name — instead of AskBiz branding. They are designed for businesses that prepare reports for clients (e.g. agencies, consultants, accountants) or want to present data professionally in investor or board meetings.
Setting Up Your Brand
Before generating white-label reports, upload your brand assets:
1. Go to Settings → Brand & White-Label
2. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, min 200px wide, transparent background recommended)
3. Set your primary brand colour (hex code)
4. Enter your business name as it should appear on reports
5. Optionally add a footer message (e.g. 'Prepared by [Agency Name] — Confidential')
These settings apply to all white-label exports from your account.
Generating a White-Label Report
1. Open the dashboard you want to export
2. Click Export → PDF → White-Label
3. Choose which cards to include (you can deselect individual data cards)
4. Add an optional cover page title and subtitle (e.g. 'Q1 Performance Review — [Client Name]')
5. Preview the report
6. Click Download or Send by Email
The report will render with your logo in the header and AskBiz branding removed.
Limitations
- White-label exports are available on the Business plan only
- Interactive features (filters, drill-downs) are not available in PDF — data reflects the current dashboard state at export time
- Some chart types (maps, gauge charts) may render slightly differently in PDF than on screen
- Report generation may take 15–60 seconds for dashboards with many cards
