eBay Sync Errors
Fix common eBay connection and sync problems — token expiry, marketplace selection, and missing listings.
Token expired#
eBay OAuth tokens expire after a set period. If your sync stops working:
1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Find eBay and click Reconnect
3. Log in to eBay and re-authorise AskBiz
Sync resumes automatically after reconnecting.
Wrong marketplace#
If data looks wrong, check you connected the correct eBay marketplace (e.g., ebay.co.uk vs ebay.com). Each marketplace is a separate connection. You can connect multiple marketplaces from the Sources page.
Missing listings or sales#
AskBiz imports completed sales, not active or unsold listings. If sales are missing:
- Allow 10–15 minutes for sync after connecting
- Check that sales exist in the date range you're viewing
- eBay API has rate limits — very active accounts may need longer for a full import
