Building a repair quote#

Open a service job and tap 'Create Quote'. Select from your saved service presets for common repairs or add custom line items with descriptions and prices. Parts can be itemised separately. The quote total updates in real time as you add or remove items.

Sending quotes to customers#

Once the quote is ready, send it directly to the customer via WhatsApp or email. The message uses a professional template that includes your business name, a breakdown of costs, and a link for the customer to approve or decline the quote online.

Customer approval flow#

Customers can approve or decline the quote from the link provided. Approved quotes automatically move the job to the next stage. Declined quotes prompt an optional reason field. You can revise and resend a quote as many times as needed before work begins.
