Service Presets for Common Repairs

What service presets are, how staff use them to speed up pricing a job today, and the current limits on creating or editing your own.

What a service preset is#

A service preset is a saved combination of a repair name, price, and estimated time — for example, a screen replacement at a fixed price. Where presets exist on your account, they show up as a quick-pick dropdown when a job is created or priced, so staff don't have to type the same figures repeatedly for common repairs.

Creating and editing your own — not yet self-serve#

There's currently no settings screen to add, edit, or archive presets yourself. If your preset list looks empty or out of date, this isn't something you're missing in the app — that management screen hasn't shipped yet.
