Creating Service Presets for Common Repairs
Set up reusable service presets with standard pricing, estimated times, and required parts to speed up quoting and maintain consistency.
Creating a service preset#
Go to POS Settings, then Repair Presets. Tap 'Add Preset' and enter the service name, category, standard price, estimated repair time, and any required parts. Presets appear as quick-select options when building quotes, saving time on repetitive repairs.
Organising presets by category#
Group your presets into categories such as Screen Repairs, Battery Replacements, or Software Services. Categories keep the preset list manageable as it grows and help staff find the right service quickly during the quoting process.
Editing and removing presets#
Presets can be updated at any time. Price changes apply to future quotes only and do not affect existing jobs. You can archive presets you no longer offer rather than deleting them, which preserves historical reporting accuracy for past jobs that used those presets.
